1 ford view is perfectly positioned on Roughfirth at Kippford, a private road running from the village centre right along the waterside of the Urr estuary, with a south westerly aspect to catch the sunshine and evening sunsets.

There are idyllic coastal and forest walks which you can join immediately from the front door, in fact Roughfirth joins with the Jubilee path for a gentle walk to the neighbouring village of Rockcliffe and on further round the Colvend Coast.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 in three bedrooms, one double and two singles. It is arranged over two floors with the sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and one signle bedroom being on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms being upstairs.

Behind the house is a lovely terraced and enclosed garden, with steps leading up to an upper lawn and deck area from where there is a lovely views out over the houses up and down the estuary.

There is a garage for the safe storage of bikes, and a hose available for washing them down after a hard days biking on the 7stanes trails.

The house is fully equipped all the usual appliances, and is heated throughout by oil-fired central heating which is included in the price. One dog is accepted at this house at a charge of £15/week.
